Part 1 - Why Learn This?!

If we don’t learn about verbs, it is like driving a car without using the gears – you simply cannot go far!

At first, this topic may seem a little daunting but it is far easier than you might think.

Therefore, I made this page and the interactive activities for you to officially learn and become better at using Spanish verbs.

Most importantly, you will be able to communicate with people in Spanish if you are on holidays or living there.

Part 2 - Verbs We Know

Do you remember the verbs under the chart? These are some verbs that we’ve been introduced to in previous classes. Today, let’s see more about how they work.

How to Do this Activity

1) In the activity, you only get:

– a chart with the 3 categories of Spanish verbs 

– 6 verbs that belong to one of the 3 categories

2) You have to move the verb to the correct category

Part 3 - Using Your Verbs

This part is all about 100% Regular Verbs in the Present Tense.

Imagine being a student in Count Dracula’s class – you would be as good as gold!

Use the present tense to write the things that NEVER happen in this very strict teacher’s class.

* TIP *   – Think of WHO is doing the action – is it me, you, them, us etc. 

How to Do this Activity

1) In the activity, you only get:

– the person or people doing the action 

– the verb in the infinitive

2) You have to make a complete sentence

3) You also need to use NUNCA (“never”)

Example Sentence

You are given => los estudiantes/gritar 

Anwser is => “Los estudiantes nunca gritan“.

Psst – don’t forget your full stops!

Part 4 - 3-Step Process

This part has bonus material that concerns all verbs in Spanish.

It doesn’t matter if we are talking about the past, present or future as it is like a “checklist” so you always complete the full process. It’s as easy as 1-2-3!
